Lifespan (Numbers of Application) is unlimited.

CONSIDERING POINTS
....So as to increase lifespan of "MOPLASS", the following points are suggested.
1.To maintain consistency of flexural strength of "MOPLASS", pleaselay down columns at 30 cm. interval. Then you car re-use "MOPLASS" repeatedly. 2.When making form panel lay down extra column/row as show in the picture.

ADVANTAGE OF "MOPLASS"

Drop test result show good performance.
Especially, the edge and corner of the "MOPLASS" are very strong thus no need to add extra support for application.

After repeated application, "MOPLASS" wouldn't stick to concrete and thus no need to clean, oil, spray, On top that, no decay will happen because of non-absorbency of water.
No maintenance cost is needed.

Ply-wood gains weight by 20-30% when applied 2-3 times because of water absorption. However, "MOPLASS" maintain no changes in ;hysicalproperty and you can re-use it repeatedly.

Heat resistance temperature is 150°C. Thus, during hardening of concrete, there wouldn't be no changes is shape. Furthermore, "MOPLASS" shows good cold resistance for your application in cold weather.
