AEROCOAT
is a water based paint formulated with
selected pure acrylic emulsion mixed with other special
chemicals. Excellent for coating especially onto AEROFLEX
Insulation surfaces giving greater protection against
ultraviolet rays or other adverse weathering conditions.
Having elongation properties of more than 400% and
with good adhesion promotors, AEROCOAT adheses
permanently to the coated,. surface without any problems
of peeling. Its superb flexibility ensures no cracking
even if the coated insulation surface is squeezed
or compressed. With additional chaeacteristics including
fungus resistance, AEROCOAT is an ideal quality
protective paint which can also perform efficiently
as a decorative insulation coating. Whether coated
indoor or outdoor, AEROCOAT provides a smoothing
aesthetic appearance while acting as a durable protective
shield for more than 10 years.It is available in white,
blue, green, and black. AEROCOAT can be painted
on pipe insulation surfaces to easily identity of
the different pipe functions.

Application
Dilute AEROCOAT with clean water at 5-10
% by volume and stir thoroughly before applying with
brush or roller.All surface must be thoroughly cleanand
free from oil, grease or other contamininants For a
surface painted before all old paint must be removed
as much as possible. Make sure the surface is not chalky
before applying AEROCOAT which will be very efficient
with just an application of 2-3 coatings. A drying time
of at least 2-3 hours must be allowed before each coat
If applying a 3rd coat, no primer needed. one U.S. gallon
covers approximately 36 m².
Precaution
AEROCOAT is flammable and non toxic. . Mix AEROCOAT
with water in accordance to amount needed. Only mix
the amount needed because it is unadvisable to store
AEROCOAT that is mixed with water for more than 5 days.Close
cover tightly after use and keep out of reach of children.

AEROCOAT
can be mixed together to obtain any desired grey, blue,
or green shadings.Other shades can also be achieved
by mixing with a high quality acrylic color master batch.
Do not mix AEROCOAT with a master batch by more than
10 % by volume.
